Meet Alice, Co-founder of The Kin Club & Brand Strategy Support

Outside of The Club, Alice runs Of Moon and Stars, working as a Strategic Support Partner to purpose-driven business owners across the UK. Her route here wasn't a straight line, childcare management, then years in admin and operations, blue badge assessments, occupational therapy, supporting women in the criminal justice system, all before running her own product business and a soft play hire company on the side. That mix is exactly why she's good at this, she's spent as much time inside the chaos of running a business as she has helping other people organise theirs. The Strategy Day Process

  • Ahead of your day, Alice sends an in-depth questionnaire so she arrives already understanding your business, not learning it from scratch on the clock.

  • Before you sit down together, Alice completes a full audit of where things stand and drafts an initial action plan, so the day starts with something concrete to react to rather than a blank page.

  • You'll review the audit together, then spend the rest of the day implementing key actions side by side, lunch included. This is where the direction for your branding, website and everything else in your package actually gets set.

  • Everything from the day, the action plan and the direction agreed, gets handed straight to Sammi and Miriam to carry into your branding and website work, so nothing gets lost between sessions.
