A slow, soothing evening of self-care hosted by The Kin Club and Amera from Yoga Soul

You spend your days holding everything together: clients, deadlines, the business, the home. So for one evening, we’re putting it all down.

Picture a proper night in, but with your people. Comfy clothes, a cup of tea, soft lighting, and an hour or so where nobody needs anything from you. Amera will guide us through Gua Sha, the ancient practice of using a smooth stone to gently sculpt and soothe the face, and show you how to make it part of your own routine at home.

How the evening will flow

✨ Settle in and soften: a warm welcome, followed by gentle stretches for your shoulders, neck and hands to release the day you’ve just had
✨ Gua sha self-facial: Amera walks you through it step by step so you go home confident doing it yourself
✨ Meditation & gentle shoulder/head massage: time to rest and reconnect
✨ Tea and casual networking: bring your questions for Amera and connect with your people

Your goody bag
Everyone takes home a goody bag with their own Gua Sha tools, so you can keep the ritual going once you leave.

Founders & business owners who know they need to slow down but rarely give themselves permission to do so. Whether you’re a seasoned Kin Club regular or this is your first time joining us, you’ll be welcomed with open arms!

What to bring
Wear something comfy and come with a clean, make-up-free face (or be ready to take it off).

Spaces are limited to keep the evening intimate.
