This month we will be joined by Rachael a local Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist as well as Co-Owner of award winning Prosper Coffee Shop. Rachael will be joining us for a chat around running two businesses & sharing what she does to look after her own mental health.
Whether you need a mindset reset or some soulful chats, you’re so welcome.
